My Classes are fun, informative, and very positive. I joke around a lot so be prepared to laugh. You and your dog will both learn a lot. You are your dog's teacher, so practice is a must between classes. Try not to miss any classes, but if you do, call me to find out what you missed. Must be the same handler throughout course, no substitute people may attend unless they have attended all along. This is for the benefit of the substitutes, not a good feeling to be lost in class and have no idea of what is going on!!

Featured dog: Italian Greyhound
These lovely little dogs are true sighthounds. This breed orginated 2,000 years ago, in Greece and Turkey. Italian Greyhound skeletons have been discovered in archaelogical digs in these countries. By the Middle Ages, this breed appeared in Southern Europe, and was a favorite of the Italians in the sixteenth century. That is how this breed acquired its name.
These dogs make great pets. Odorless, low shedding, and affectionate, they make wonderful companions. They are small enough to be lap dogs, and prefer that. They are non-aggressive,sensitive, not yappy, but must be housed indoors. They can weigh as little as 7 lbs., or as much as 14 or 15. Personally, I really love this breed. They are quick to learn, and eager to please.
