Brewster Spring class begins-click for info
Dog training Classes are fun and friendly, all family members welcome.

  • Class starts at 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
  • We meet in the back parking lot of the High School, near the water tank. Turn in at the light on Farm to Market Road and drive to the back lot.

  •  You must call me after registering: 845 228-0341 for a screening conversation..
  • Equipment required:
  •  
  • Clicker  (Available for sale at class)
     
  • 6 ft. long, flat, cotton web or leather leash
    (Leashes for sale at class)

  •                                                                                           Regular collar (no choke or pinch collars please)

  •  
  • Treat pouch -this is required, no treats in pockets please
  • Availabe for sale at class

  • Treats (no dog biscuits, please!)   I  also recommend hot dogs, cut up into tiny pieces, place on paper towels in microwave, and nuke for 3 minutes until they dry and harden. Other recommended treats are Freeze-dried liver, Solid Gold tiny tots, freeze-dried chicken, turkey or duck breast, or Baa Baa Baa-b-ques (beef lung). I will have tasty treats available for sale at class.

  • Baggies, to clean up after your dog.

  • Please wear flat, sensible shoes. Dress appropriately, this is an outdoor class.

  • If the weather is doubtful on the day of class,  please call me, Linda Lukens at (845) 228-0341 and I will let you know whether class will be held or not. You will not lose that class, it will just be postponed until the following week.

  • Please bring small bills or exact change for clickers, thanks!
